Architectural Window Treatments
A Specialty Subcontractor You Can Count On

We work from your plans and specifications, help clarify scope when needed, coordinate product and field requirements, furnish approved systems, and install them through punch list and closeout.
Whether the product is already specified or the project needs help identifying the right solution, we help keep the work straightforward:
- Clearly defined scope
- Responsive coordination
- Accurate submittals and product selection
- Professional installation
- Dependable follow-through through closeout
We deliver fewer surprises, fewer loose ends, and a finished installation that performs as intended.

Window treatment scopes can look straightforward on the drawings, but small coordination issues can create significant problems in the field. We work to identify those issues early and manage the scope through completion.
We can support projects with:
- Drawing and specification review
- Scope clarification
- Budgeting and competitive bidding
- Product selection and substitutions
- Submittals and product data
- Samples and mockups
- Field measurements
- Coordination with ceilings, glazing, electrical, millwork, and adjacent finishes
- Procurement and scheduling
- Installation
- Punch-list completion and closeout
Frequently asked questions!
01. Do you bid directly from construction drawings and specifications?
When the documents leave room for interpretation, we identify assumptions, exclusions, and questions so the scope is clear before the project moves forward.
02. Can you provide alternates or substitutions?
Any proposed substitution should be reviewed and approved by the appropriate project stakeholders before procurement.
03. Do you provide submittals?
04. Do you field measure?
We coordinate measurements at the appropriate stage of construction so products can be ordered based on actual site conditions where required.
05. When should Wilson Shade become involved in a project?
Early involvement can help identify mounting conditions, pocket requirements, electrical needs, control requirements, blocking, access issues, and other coordination items before they become field problems.
We can also become involved later in the project when the shading scope has already been specified.
06. Do you install the products you provide?
Our goal is to remain accountable for the scope from the initial proposal through installation, punch list, and closeout.
07. Can you work around an occupied facility?
The exact approach depends on access requirements, project size, and facility schedules.
8. What happens after a project is awarded?
