About Us

Commercial shading and specialty building systems delivered with the mindset of a contractor, not just a supplier.

Good subcontractors make projects easier to manage.

Our roots are in the construction trades. President Dan Wilson grew up working in his father’s businesses, learning what hard work looked like, shoveling hot asphalt through hotter Florida summers.

The work was difficult, and the lessons lasted.

Do the job right. Stand behind your work. Solve problems for your customer. And when conditions change, figure out how to keep the project moving.

The way a space feels has real impact on the people inside it. Excess glare, solar heat, noise, and distraction make environments uncomfortable and tiring, so we focus on managing the environmental factors that shape how people feel inside it.

This adds up to more productive workplaces, better hospitality experiences, and multifamily properties where residents are more comfortable and more likely to stay.

We Understand the General Contractor’s Side of the Project

We have firsthand understanding of what it takes to coordinate trades, manage schedules, solve field problems, and deliver a larger commercial project scopes.

That perspective influences how we approach every scope.

We work to provide:

  • Clearly defined proposals
  • Responsive communication
  • Practical coordination with other trades
  • Accurate field verification
  • Dependable scheduling
  • Professional installation
  • Fast resolution of field issues
  • Follow-through through punch list and closeout

We like making shading and specialty systems one less thing general contractors  worry about.
